The Communications Committee oversees our social media presence. It’s also responsible for our thrice annual newsletter. Additionally, it is the committee that handles any advertising we do across various platforms
Events Committee

Chair: Joni Kaiser
The Events Committee plans the various fundraising get-togethers such as the Petition Breakfast in early Spring and the Fall Rally in the Fall. They also plan the parades/volunteers to help. Tasks include finding locations for events, planning and approving menus and ticket prices, looking for speakers and MC’s as well as conducting mailings for ticketed events. Recognition of special Democrats is also planned for our public events. The current Party Secretary designs and prints the tickets and Programs for the ticketed events.
Fundraising Committee

The Fundraising Committee works to engage all Democrats, as well as other interested parties regardless of their formal political affiliation, in efforts to reflect and strengthen the core ideals of the Democratic Party. We do this through targeted informational mailings, events, rallies, and bi-annual requests for support. We believe that the people of Susquehanna County are deeply committed to fairness, honesty, and transparency from their elected officials and we are working to ensure transparency in both their work and ours.
